11:11: Make a Wish

Don’t you wish life came with a do-over button? If you could rewrite three moments in your own personal history, would you?

Shit, I know I would. Hell, I’d probably re-do more than three. But since we’re playing by the rules, here’s the top three moments at the top of my head that I would probably Ctrl + Z

1.) “Lying” on my eye exam in the 4th grade.

2.) Sussing on seeing *NSYNC in concert when they were still relevant.

3.) Trolling the last supper with Captain Clutch.  

Being the most recent event, #3 would have to be my biggest do-over moment (as of right now). When you’re talking (like an idiot) do you ever feel like you can see it happening? Think of it as an out of body experience if you will. Here, you are — the  rational, non-trolly and super suave version of yourself hovering at the sidelines as you watch a trainwreck of trollage spiral out of control before you. You wish you could stop yourself, but you can’t. It’s like word vomit, but worse. 

You don’t realize it at first but suddenly, once you hop onto that Westbound bus headed to Georgetown, get all comfy in your seat, press shuffle on your iPhone and you’re greeted with some depressing ass India Arie song, you realize: ‘shit…..I probably shouldn’t have trolled for two hours…oh well, I’ll just do it again in 100ish days.’

I totally want to CTRL + Z every single aspect of Thursday night. Please Clutch Jesus? 

This is gonna be one looooooooong (but totally epic) summer.
